Zoë Bergman, PhD, LAPC

Zoë Bergman, LAPC — therapist at Luna Therapy Group

Every day, we navigate both internal and external pressures, expectations, stress, and criticism. When we slow down, become more present, and explore with curiosity and compassion, we can cultivate greater awareness, reconnect with ourselves, and deepen our relationship with the self and others.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, relational, and grounded in reproductive justice and trauma-informed care. I integrate mindfulness, somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (parts work), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and person-centered modalities to support both individuals and couples in developing a deeper understanding of themselves, their relationships, and experiences.

With a PhD in Sociology, I recognize that our identities, relationships, communities, and broader social systems shape how we understand ourselves and experience the world. My areas of focus include reproductive mental health, anxiety, relationships, identity exploration, life transitions, and intimate partner violence. Wherever you find yourself in your therapy journey, I would be honored to work alongside you. Please reach out whenever you are ready.
