My goal is to create a safe space where someone feels free to be authentically and genuinely themselves, without judgment or fear. So often, we hear about a “village” but find ourselves without one. I strive to provide that safe, nurturing support for you, while also helping you discover it within yourself and outside of therapy. I use a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach. Together, we will explore your needs, build on your strengths, and find tools to navigate difficult life transitions. Whether you are healing from a painful experience, facing a major life change, or wanting to understand yourself better, you are welcome here just as you are.
