Autumn Jenkins, LSW
My work as a therapist centers on compassion, fostering transformation, and nurturing authentic relationships—with yourself, with others, and with the world around you. My approach is collaborative, relational, and trauma-informed. We move at your pace, honoring your lived experience while gently exploring new ways of relating—to your past, your emotions, and your future.
I integrate somatic awareness, mindfulness, IFS, attachment theory, psychoanalysis, and narrative therapy to support lasting, meaningful change.
My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, sexual wellness and education, life transitions, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, grief and loss, and anger management. I work with adult individuals and couples.
Transformation takes time. Relationships matter. You are not broken.
I invite you to reach out. Whether it’s your first time in therapy or you're returning to the work with fresh intention, I’d be honored to be part of your journey.
