Ashley Lugo, LSW
I am an empathetic and compassionate social worker with experience supporting individuals and families through challenging and transformative life experiences. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being open, vulnerable, and authentically themselves.
My approach is collaborative and grounded in evidence-based practices. I work alongside clients to develop practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and navigate difficult emotions, relationships, and life transitions.
I have a particular passion for supporting individuals throughout the perinatal journey, including those experiencing fertility struggles and the profound life transition of becoming a mother. I recognize that fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum experiences, and the transition into parenthood can bring a wide range of emotions, including grief, anxiety, uncertainty, and changes in identity and relationships. My goal is to provide compassionate, affirming support while helping clients feel empowered, understood, and connected to themselves throughout these experiences.
