We aim to make therapy more accessible by accepting the following insurance plans:

  • Aetna

  • Independence Blue Cross (Keystone Health Plan East, Independence Administrators, Personal Choice, Amerihealth) 

  • BCBS (Anthem, Horizon, Capital)

  • Cigna and Evernorth

  • ComPsych

  • We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare

Please contact your insurance company to discuss your coverage and whether teletherapy is included. While we will verify your deductible and copay amounts, it is ultimately your responsibility to confirm your specific benefits with your insurer.

For Clients who do not have one of these plans, we accept credit cards and HSA/FSA cards and provide documentation for out-of-network reimbursement for all insurance plans.

Private Pay Rates

  • Licensed therapist rates start at $185

  • Associate-licensed therapist rates start at $135

  • Session lengths are 45-53 minutes

    We are committed to making therapy accessible. If there is a significant financial need, please ask about a sliding scale.
