Hilary Bayley Loielo, Founder, Clinical Social Work/Therapist, MSS, LCSW (she, her)

Struggling with mental health issues and life transitions can feel isolating and overwhelming. My goal as a psychotherapist is to help you feel less alone and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life. I emphasize the therapeutic relationship and work from a place of empathy, authenticity, and compassion for the self. My areas of experience include anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, life transitions, addiction, and PTSD. Additionally, I am experienced in postpartum and perinatal anxiety and depression. I work with individuals, couples, and families.

I am a Certified Gestalt Therapist and have extensive training in Mindfulness-based techniques, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders. I am also available for supervision towards LCSW or LPC licensure.

When you are looking for a therapist, finding the right fit is essential. I invite you to reach out to ask questions, discuss your concerns, and get a sense of whether I may be the right fit for you. I look forward to hearing from you.

Sara Sculley, Founder, Licensed Professional Counselor, MSEd, LPC, PMH-C, NCC (she, her)

I believe all individuals have inherent skills and wisdom to heal. I hope to create a compassionate, collaborative, and trusting relationship where you feel seen, heard, and valued. Our work will be a balance of exploring past experiences and relationships, building new skills to reduce distress, highlighting the strengths you already possess, and building confidence, increasing awareness and choice, as well as addressing and normalizing fears.

I am a Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C), specializing in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs) and working with individuals and couples all along (and outside) the reproductive life cycle. My approach to therapy utilizes evidence-based practices, including Psychodynamic Theory, CBT, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and Person-Centered Theory.

I will be an active member in the therapy process, making sure you never feel alone and sitting in each moment with you. It is my hope that we can work together to heal your pain and help create the change you desire.

Patty, Therapist, PhD, LSW (she, her)

I view my role as collaborative and supportive, where we build a relationship of trust and work through the isolation and overwhelm that can accompany life transitions, traumatic events, and the major and minor crises that all of us experience at some point. I cultivate a therapeutic space that is safe, empathetic, and geared towards getting unstuck, healing, and growth.

My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based and tailored to your individual needs and wants, because therapy is not a “one size fits all” undertaking. I’ve studied and trained in a number of different modalities, including mindfulness-based strategies such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma-Informed CBT, Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders, Somatic Therapy, and Brainspotting. Most of all, I want to help you add to your emotional toolkit in ways that work for you. I welcome humor, authenticity, and all of you into our sessions.

My areas of focus include anxiety and depression, trauma, parenting and coparenting, intimate partner violence, coercive control, perinatal mental health, and life and family transitions. I work with individuals and couples, with a focus on adults and transitional age youth. I hold a PhD in Cultural Anthropology and bring to sessions a thoughtful understanding of how social structures, belief systems, and cultural norms can influence mental health and affect our ability to live authentically.

I am a parent to a teenager and in my free time, I enjoy yoga, being outdoors, road trips, and binge reading nearly anything.

I’m glad you’re here. When you are ready, please reach out to learn more.

Autumn, Therapist, LSW (she, her)

My work as a therapist centers on compassion, fostering transformation, and nurturing authentic relationships—with yourself, with others, and with the world around you. My approach is collaborative, relational, and trauma-informed. We move at your pace, honoring your lived experience while gently exploring new ways of relating—to your past, your emotions, and your future.

I integrate somatic awareness, mindfulness, IFS, attachment theory, psychoanalysis, and narrative therapy to support lasting, meaningful change.

My areas of interest include anxiety, depression, sexual wellness and education, life transitions, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, grief and loss, and anger management. I work with adult individuals and couples.

Transformation takes time. Relationships matter. You are not broken.

I invite you to reach out. Whether it’s your first time in therapy or you're returning to the work with fresh intention, I’d be honored to be part of your journey.
